During 2015 ECC LT had 39 seminars on consumer rights in EU at universities, schools and other scholastic institutions. Thus, 1486 consumers were informed.

During 2017 ECC LT had 20 seminars on consumer rights in EU at universities, schools and other scholastic institutions. At least 868 consumers were informed about their consumer rights and ECC-Net.

In 2021, the European Consumer Center received 1015 complaints about
faulty quality goods or services, as well as 1768 inquiries about consumer
rights in Europe (when the trader / service provider is registered in another
EU country, Norway, Iceland or the United Kingdom).
Out of all 1015 complaints received by ECC Lithuania from European consumers
in 2021, as many as 72% were solved positively (in favor of the consumer).
ECC Lithuania helped consumers to recover more than a quarter of a million
euros - 255,290 euros in 2021.
ECC Lithuania was mentioned 128 times in the media. Published 17 press releases through the
Baltic News Service (BNS), 23 articles in Lithuanian language and 1 in English on the ECC Lithuania website, appeared in 3 interviews on television (including online TV) and 1 interview with
Youtube blogger, 158 radio shows were broadcasted.
To commemorate Europe Day ECC Lithuania with the help of SCRPA, Vilnius municipality and local community
planted 30 almond trees in Vilnius, the number 30 corresponds to the number of members in the
ECC-Net, on each of the almond tree attached the country flag.
