Report of 2015 2016-01-11
  • The overall level of refunds obtained for consumers in Lithuania and elsewhere arising from our work amounted to 22 831 EUR (statistics of March 2016). Apart from that, ivoices for unsolicited goods were cancelled, traders fulfilled their obligations. Some cases are still being handled.
  • During 2015 ECC LT had 39 seminars on consumer rights in EU at universities, schools and other scholastic institutions. Thus, 1486 consumers were informed.
  • ECC LT regularly gave interviews and participated in media segments for radio (65 times) and TV (4 times) stations.
  • 134 articles and case studies mentioning ECC LT appeared in national media.
  • ECC LT increased followers to 1726 on Facebook and 121 on Twitter.

Report of 2017 2018-02-08
  • The overall level of refunds obtained for consumers in Lithuania and elsewhere arising from our work amounted to 88 727 EUR (statistics of February 2018). Apart from that, ivoices for unsolicited goods were cancelled, traders fulfilled their obligations. Some cases are still being handled.
  • During 2017 ECC LT had 20 seminars on consumer rights in EU at universities, schools and other scholastic institutions. At least 868 consumers were informed about their consumer rights and ECC-Net.
  • ECC LT regularly gave interviews and participated in media segments for radio (56 times) and TV (13 times) stations.
  • At least 83 articles and case studies appeared in national media mentioning ECC LT.
  • ECC LT increased followers to 2126 on Facebook and 179 on Twitter.

  • 66 126 litai – Centro pagalba vartotojams atgauta suma per 2014 metus (2015 m. vasario 12 d. duomenys)! Be to, daugeliui vartotojų buvo panaikintos sąskaitos už neužsakytas prekes, įvykdyti pardavėjų/paslaugų teikėjų prisiimti įsipareigojimai. Dar yra skundų, kurių nagrinėjimas nepasibaigęs.
  • Suorganizuoti 24 seminarai apie vartotojų teises ES, kuriuose dalyvavo ne mažiau kaip 729 dalyviai!
  • Dalyvauta 5 televizijos laidose ir kalbėta 71 radijo laidoje!
  • Mažiausiai 96 publikacijos spaudoje ir internetiniuose portaluose!
  • Centro puslapis Facebook socialiniame tinkle 2014 m. pabaigoje turėjo 1311 fanų.
  • Centro paskyrą Twitter socialiniame tinkle seka 88 žmonės.
  • Išleista naujų informacinių leidinių vartotojams – kišeniniai lankstinukai apie automobilio nuomą, ką reikia žinoti perkant internetu, kišeniniai kalendoriai su 10 patarimų keliaujantiems bei kitos reklaminės medžiagos: reklaminis stendas, atminties raktai, universalios mobilių įrenginių pakrovimo stotelės, bagažo žymekliai, kelionių dokumentų dėklai, sieniniai kalendoriai, darbo knygos.
